Texas Longhorn cattle graze the pastures at Star Creek Ranch, home of John Parmley and Darlene Aldridge, D.V.M. We are a husband and wife team that own and operate Star Creek Ranch in Somerville, Texas. Our mission is to raise the best Texas Longhorn cattle with beautiful color, correct confirmation, and LONG horns. We use premier herd sires at our ranch including FCF His Majesty, Stars A Jumpin', and American Star. We also use an artificial insemination breeding program utilizing semen from other top bulls in the industry and an embryo transfer program that allows us to maximize the production of our premier brood cows.
